Straightforward answers about the consultation.
What to expect, how the brochure offer works, and the important limits of the service.
What is a Property Health Consultation?+
It is a 20–30 minute conversation and visible-condition review intended to help organize general property-care observations and priorities. It is not a licensed home inspection or specialist assessment.
What will I receive afterward?+
You will receive a concise one-page Property Health Snapshot, a high-level property health score and a general priority list.
How do I redeem the brochure offer?+
Choose the promotional-code option on the consultation page and enter the code printed on your HarbourNorth brochure. A valid code makes the $399 Property Health Consultation complimentary.
What if my promotional code does not work?+
Check the code as it appears on the brochure and try again. If it still cannot be verified, you can request a complimentary initial consultation and we will get in touch.
What information do I need to provide?+
We ask for your name, preferred communication method, address or street name, city, postal code and property type. You may also share an optional concern about the property.
What property types can I submit?+
The request form accepts detached houses, townhouses and condominiums in Greater Vancouver. Suitability and scheduling can be discussed when we contact you.
Can HarbourNorth continue caring for my property after the consultation?+
Yes. The consultation establishes an initial property-health record. Follow-up visits, seasonal check-ins and updated priorities can help you keep maintenance organized as the property changes over time.
Is this the same as a home inspection?+
No. It provides general observations and preventive maintenance guidance. It is not a licensed home inspection, engineering assessment, code inspection, environmental assessment, specialist diagnosis or guarantee.
Will HarbourNorth repair every concern identified?+
Not necessarily. HarbourNorth may discuss general maintenance considerations and, where appropriate, recommend that you contact a qualified trade or licensed professional.
